Aaron is a combat tested eight-year Marine Corps veteran having served for two deployments to Iraq during Enduring Freedom, OIF I & OIF II in 2003 and 2004. After Iraq, Aaron was assigned to Marine Corps Base Quantico Weapons Training Battalion, where he spent the next four and a half years on the rifle and pistol ranges instructing the new Officers in TBS. Aaron was credentialed as a Marksmanship Coach then Instructor and finally as a Combat Marksmanship Instructor/Trainer. He has taught & trained more than 6,000 Officers and enlisted Marines annually on both the service rifle and pistol. With a qualification rate greater then 96% and more than 60% with expert qualifications, Aaron has used his extensive training to better himself and the students he instructs. Aaron holds a degree in management from Park University, is an NRA certified instructor and has volunteered as an air rifle coach with the CMP program. In his free time, Aaron's passion is working a youth program, during which youths 12 to 18 years old are instructed on the finer points of military protocol and leadership through a series of instructional classes and airsoft field exercises, bringing the elements of: Faith, Discipline and Teamwork together to foster solid leadership skills within the youth of today so they are ready for the challenges of tomorrow. Aaron is dedicated to instruction not only in marksmanship but also in preparing teenager and adult students to be successful, motivated and honorable in any situation.
